Privacy Policy for Novum Massage
ATTENTION Novum Massage CLIENTS
PLEASE BE ADVISED OF OUR CANCELATION AND OTHER
NOVUM MASSAGE POLICIES:
- We require 24hr cancelation notice or Full-Service Price will be Due or Forfeit of a Package Credit
- Same-Day appt Requests Require Full (non-refundable) payment upfront, upon booking.
- We close out our drawer/register everyday at 3pm - all payments must be taken by 3pm each - $15 additional fee if card on file is decline or if client refuses to pay until appt arrival
- We require all clients to have an active/valid card on file. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Gratuity can be done in cash or via Venmo, Zelle, Cash-App to your therapist. No Gratuity on card.
- All Gift Cards have a 1yr Expiration from date of purchase.
- If you arrive late, you will only receive the remaining duration of your session.
- There will be NO REFUNDS Issued on iBalanceSpa packages, Gift Cards or Novum Massage Packages.
- NO REFUNDS.
- Please arrive 5 -10 minutes prior to your session.
- All package durations must be fully booked, a lesser duration from a package purchase will require full payment or the forfeit of any unused credits.
- If you are an existing client who purchased one of our packages or bundles, you have 5yrs to use your credits - if you were gifted a gift card or a package credit from an existing client, you have 1yr to use those credits
- If you received a Gift Card to us or bought one of our Bundles/Packages, you must let us know upon booking if you call to book OR you must choose the Massage Package/Gift Card Option - we will NOT refund any booking errors if you do not choose the correct booking option - we will only apply a future credit for your charge.
Regarding Charge Errors and Refunds
- If you have received a Gift Card to us, you must inform our front desk upon booking that you will be using a Gift Card for your service
- If you receive a Gift Card to us or Purchased one of our Bundles or Packages and you book online - you must choose the Massage Package / Gift Card Option - We will NOT refund any booking errors if you had prepaid credits to use, we will ONLY apply the charge error to a future massage credit
