With an Associates Degree in Massage Therapy, a Bachelors Degree in Health & Wellness and a Masters Degree in Health Education, Lynda provides a holistic and personalized approach to Massage Therapy. Her specialties include neck and shoulder release, targeted towards chronic upper body tension, headaches, and stress management.
